What does it involve?
Volunteer coaches enter schools on a semi-regular basis, typically visiting new partners to establish a new debating society.
You do not need to have prior experience in debating in order to volunteer with us - our resources are designed to be used by novices, and will require a read through before delivering a session.

After an online induction, you will typically shadow a school visit to understand how to best run a session. You will then be able to sign up to carry out school visits independently.

We work with schools across the country and are expanding every week - we will only send you to schools within reasonable commuting distance of your home, and you will be reimbursed for travel costs.
